The Large Servo Tandem Line Delivered To The Zengcheng Plant Of Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. (GHAC), A Joint Venture Company Between Honda Motor Co., Ltd. And Guangzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. Has Started Full-Scale Operation Recently.
This Is The Second Servo Tandem Line AIDA Has Delivered To This Plant Following The First Line Delivered In 2011.
The Line Consists Of A Total Of Four Servo Presses, With 23000 Kn Press As The Head, Two 12000 Kn Presses And One 10000 Kn Press To Follow.
All Of This Line Was Designed And Manufactured By AIDA Including Servo Presses And The Auto Palletizing System At The End Of Line.
The Maximum Line Speed Of 18 Strokes Per Minute Was Achieved By A Control System That Guarantees Essential Requirements Of Motion Setting Of Each Single Press While Optimally Synchronizing The Line Operation So That The Line Speed Is Maximized.
The Productivity Has Improved To About 180% Compared With The Conventional Mechanical Press Line Which Had Been Used For Production So Far, And The New Line Is Now Contributing As The Main Press Line Of This Plant.
GHAC Is Producing At Full Capacity Six Models Such As Odyssey, Acura, Accord Hybrid As Well As The Large SUV "Avancier (Guan Dao)" Which Is Enjoying Popularity In The Chinese Market.
